- Assistance at your rehearsal
- Your wedding coordinator’s full wedding-day assistance until the first dance (includes a customized day-of schedule, setting up of your wedding (basic set up when possible by your coordinator and an assistant), and overall assistance throughout your wedding day.

- Develop an overall scheme
- Co-ordination of all vendor services

Custom Coordination Package
VIP Event Consultants also offers custom packages that are built and priced on your individual needs. If your needs fall somewhere between a full coordination package and our day of services, we will be happy to sit down with you for a free initial consultation to determine your specific needs and provide you with a price quote accordingly. Whether assistance with a few details is all you need or help with decor design, we can design a custom package that is right for you. |
