• Develop an overall scheme
• Co-ordination of all vendor services
• Co-ordinate all details of the wedding vendor services
• Ongoing advice regarding etiquette, budget and wedding day activities
• Assistance at the rehearsal
• Oversee the wedding ceremony and reception and be your personal assistant for the day
• Special pre & post wedding day services
• Include special touches to enhance your day

Custom Coordination Package

VIP Event Consultants also offers custom packages that are built and priced on your individual needs. If your needs fall somewhere between a full coordination package and our day of services, we will be happy to sit down with you for a free initial consultation to determine your specific needs and provide you with a price quote accordingly. Whether assistance with a few details is all you need or help with decor design, we can design a custom package that is right for you.
